in what sense? where? im sure i can sell a shirts called Jordan or kobe.. as long as im not implying that they have anything to do with them.. and they dont have a basket ball on them.. you see that kind of stuff in downtown la.. a shirt that is in blatant lakers font that will say "Los angeles" and have a basketball...

yeah you could but depending on the bases of the shirt and the full name and stuff like that you might have to get some form of permmision!
