Me and my partner have recently exchanged our vows and had a ceremony but are not able to get married in the state of Utah. I would like to take on her last name but am not sure if I need a reason to do so. And if a valid reason is needed what would mine be and would it even be valid?
How do I go about changing my last name in Utah?
as far as I'm aware you are allowed to change you name to what ever you want, as it is not for fraud reasons, get legal advice they will be able to help all the best
